*1970, Born in Dartford/EnglandRonnie Zimmermann - the New York artist was - brought up in Soho the art district of Manhattan. He was influenced by the bustling metropole of avant garde artists (Peter Max, Ruby Mazur,Jeff Dahli) and Abstract Expressionism that makes New York, New York. Ronnie developed his own creative techniques and is a master of colors. Ronnie has been living since May 2004 in Frankfurt/Main and has become at home in Frankfurt's art scene. You can loose yourself in his energetic abstract world of colors like in his series "Alien Adverculture". While observing his paintings you will always discover something new. In his various abstract paintings you will find subliminal eyes and faces. Many of his paintings have mixed art materials and are therefore rich in texture and color. Ronnie has a bubbly and entertaining personality which he expresses fully in his abstract paintings. His figurative illustrations are comic and pop art.
