About Me

Myspace Cursors
-(..v)- Design your MySpace with MyLook -(..v)-
ADAM BARNICK.COM and the site for the acclaimed strange flick MAINSTREAM have all the goods on me. My namesake website will be completely revamped in June '08...check back!
Mainstream was released last year on DVD as part of Koch Vision and Fangoria's "Fangoria Blood Drive II: America's Best Short Horror Films."
Announcements for upcoming films, music videos, and a unique feature-length documentary will be posted here soon, but you can check out the blog for some updates.
A separate Myspace is coming for Wicked Tree Films which will consist entirely of film and digital content.
Film director/writer, editor and I'm now contributing sound design to short films, docs and major independent productions. Producing/directing/editing behind-the scenes documentaries and making-of featurettes for films as well. Just finished an on-the-set featurette for Anchor Bay's upcoming MALEVOLENCE: BEREAVEMENT, which you can find at HERE on Icons of Fright.com! Currently working with Crimson Films and Ariescope Pictures (Hatchet, Spiral, Grace) on new material.
Stop by THE BOUTROS BOUTROS FOLLIES each week for new written, audio and (soon) video content from some exciting and prolific artists.
I also write for Entertainment Insiders , and those fiends at Icons of Fright . Contribute occasionally to Dread Central .
Check out some of my photography in the pics section.
Check out just how strange I can get in past blog entries.
I guess I'm moving up in the world, because I have to post this now:
Please do not send me any scripts, treatments, or story ideas through here, legally I can't accept anything this way. Those that break the rule will be forced to speak in public the way they type on the net. Just wait till the first time you say OMG in a business meeting..You'll regret it!

Check the Mirror First, legacies of PSYCHOs, and more

I walk into a nice, artsy bar/lounge in  Hoboken the other night after evening grocery shopping, to get a quick pint to soothe my nerves.  (I was already edgy, but the grocery shopping wasn'...

Bachelor Party Dynamics and The Drunken R-Tards of Hoboken

Well, another Oscar ceremony has come and gone.  I truly enjoyed it despite my Best Picture hopes (There Will Be Blood) being dashed, though "No Country" is no slouch by any means.  John Ste...

Valentines Day goes and f**ks itself!

The ample-bosomed dame is repeatedly IMing me, while somehow staring me down through the computer, thinking it a fine choice to wear a tube top and lil' tennis shorts in the midst of F.O.F.F.F. (Full-...
