With the weight of the ‘70s on their shoulders Stephen, Rico Suave & Zoloft came up with an ‘old new’ idea. The time was right for spreading disco alongside other colours of music. Discolor started April 2007, the actual month of summer this year. Finding a spot was easy with the coming of the magnificent boat/club, Insideout in Liege, Belgium. Soon plans for a second location were being made and so the guys did a night at Plan-2 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands which turned out just brilliant. From October a monthly residency of Discolor will start there.About the guys. Playing for a long time already is Stephen, Dj & producer of Aeroplane (Eskimo Records). Check out his music and you’ll see this guys brings the audience nothing but smiles, his dj-skills are much the same! Second is Rico Suave, Dj, promotor for the successful A-GOGO parties in Maastricht, publisher of MAHL magazine & graphic designer (yes, he did the Discolor logo as well). Considered to be an underground hero he’s been playing for more then 10 years by now, still rocking it hard each time with great joy. New kid on the block is Zoloft, picked up by Rico Suave only in 2006 when he just started Dj-ing. With a great sense for good music he’s able to bring the audience new sounds with the joy of old & new classics he’s still discovering.Of course these guys don’t do it just on their own, starting in September they’ll invite other names to their parties, such as In-Flagranti & Cosy Mozzy.
