After finisning his contract in Nashville,as Tom Cat and the Scratcher's,he started Tom Cat Records in 1986,releasing 3 albums over the next 6 years.
Tom then became permanent to his roots in North Carolina to set up Tom Cat Recording Studio.
During that time he and his friends Reese Culbreth,Sam Dorsey and David Johnson completed an Un-plugged CD "Words Of Witt"
Having made many connections in the music industry and many struggling musician friends, he realized a lot of should be stars were never heard from outside of the local venues they plied their talents.
Tom is interested in all styles of music. He takes his knowledge of the music business and utilities his skills to prepare artists to be signed with a Major Record Label.
Toms Goal is to create the new Sun Records of today,giving deserving artists the opportunity to be heard.
