ABOUT US:
Tha Lo' Down project was the search for Leicester’s finest unsigned urban talent run by 2Funky Arts, and the winners have been selected to appear on a free downloadable compilation which will be available on the 2Funky website: www.2funkyarts.co.uk.
This compilation was an amazing opportunity for all the featured solo artists, groups and MC’s in Leicester to showcase their original material on a professionally recorded and mastered album. Exposing them to key figures in the urban music business the album was also distributed to key urban music audiences across the U.K. Tha Lo'Down was successfully launched at a live showcase event at The Shed, Leicester on June 5th as part of the BASS festival in June 2007. It was here artists performed, promoted and wowed audiences with their tracks!
