Are you an artist-band-record label looking for possible inclusion in my future podcasts or internet radio? I'm always looking for local, national and international artists/bands.

If you would like to be included in either you will need to send a CD containing your music. If sending MP3â€™s (on a CD), can you make sure that they are the highest quality (320kbs,44100Hz,stereo). Also include a track listing and bio if possible.
