1981 BMI SONGWRITER’S AWARD for “Chicken Truckâ€, recorded by John Anderson on Warner Brothers Records. This song reached #8 in the nation on the Billboard country charts and is currently on John Anderson’s 1st Greatest Hits album.

1980-1982 A contemporary trio formed with Jerri Kelly and Tom Pallardy. Performed extensively in Nashville clubs and quickly earned a solid reputation as a demo group for other writers and publishers as well. All three members of Jet brought major concert, club and studio experience to the group. Each is a published songwriter with cuts by artist such as John Anderson, Bill Anderson, Loretta Lynn, Frankie Ford, Nancy Brooks, Baby, and others.

1971-1975 Touring with Baby as an opening act. Performances in baseball stadiums, outdoor facilities, concert halls, auditoriums, and clubs opening for Rock n’ Roll groups such as Aerosmith, REO Speedwagon, Exile, Black Oak Arkansas, and Flash Cadillac and the Continental Kids.
