About Me

I have a passion for natural healing and helping others with their health concerns. I have 20yrs + working in Health food stores and sometime in the near future would like to take my teacher-training in Kundalini yoga, as taught by the late Yogi Bhajan. www.3ho.org I also have a passion for dance, having studied in Montreal in my earlier years ( Modern- Martha Graham technique, ballet, jazz and more recently Flamenco , which I plan to continue soon. My attempt to professional dancing came to a halt when I slipped a disc in dance class, I was unable to touch my toes for numerous months. At that time I discovered Kundalini Yoga , brought to North America by the Late Yogi Bhajan. After a couple of weeks of dedicated practice and determination, I once again touched my toes !!! Only a dancer would know what that felt like! Thanks to my teachers, Prem Singh and Prem Kaur Khalsa . I continue to dance for pleasure and recently performed in Hamilton in the " Nutcracker Ballet " Also starting volunteering for equestrian riding with the disabled ...I can't wait to be around horses again, it has been awhile... check out a picture of Spencer in my pics!!!he is so gentle... I love my son Roy ( you can see him my pics , he is hanging upside down in the Toronto subway! He must have gotten his athletic abilities and risk-taking from me ! I love my five cats , who always are there to give me comfort and keep me smiling.
