I like to meet open-minded people who are interested in books, music, nature, NASCAR, football, education of our children, computers, libraries, moderate exercise, belly dancing, spirituality, wheresgeorge, bookcrossing, crafts, or current events. I think it would be really cool to meet George Washington, Margaret Mitchell, THE John Edward, Bruce Springsteen, Kasey Kahne, Toby Keith, and/or Susan Lucci. :)
Music:
There's a time and place for all music types, but my favorite is country music. My favorite country artist is Toby Keith. My all time favorite artist is Bruce Springsteen - I LOVE his music and lyrics...just wish he would tone down his political statements.
Movies:
Gone With The Wind has long topped my favorite movie list. I did not like Scarlett...the sequel. I have enjoyed the Harry Potter series and The Lord of The Rings movies. The Golden Compass was great. Gee...and they are related to BOOKS! How shocking!!!
Television:
Grey's Anatomy tops my TV viewing. I am fond of Wife Swap and Dancing With The Stars. I have been watching several DVD's of complete seasons...like Buffy and Angel. The news....I HAVE to watch the news.
Books:
Gone With The Wind is my favorite book over all. I love reading nonfiction books where I can learn things and better my life. I enjoy mystery books and some science fiction. I have fun reading books for children, as this helps with my job. Some of my favorites are: Artemis Fowl series; Harry Potter series; Septimus Heap series; Flying Solo; anything by Andrew Clements.
Heroes:
My son and daughter....two very different individuals!!!!
