Band Members: it's just me on guitar, my lovely double bass, and other little things, apart from in the pond dipping song, where i'm joined by malcolm le maistre on banjo and pete baynes on ukelele..also these days damon thompson has been twiddling his guitar with me so i can play my bass live.
Influences: everthing around me..and the songs of my youth..joni mitchell, john martyn, crosby stills nash and especially young, nick drake, joan baez, jonny cash, van morrison, elvis costello, charlie mingus, james taylor, arni egilsson, tom waits, the roches, and more recently gillian welch, laura veirs, joanna newsom, devendra banhart, the be good tanyas, smog and more and more folky-dolky stuff than i could mention..
