We love to make music. And we are simply making music. We do not plan a song, but we enjoy composing. From the start to the end of a song there is a certain state of being. And it is great not to think about it too much. Nevertheless, we do think about it. It must be something that makes us write those songs, capturing something. Remembering the time when Olli and me were recording an album on Hawaii in 1998 with a German punk rock band, we had the impression that we arrived at a place where our hearts were, our spirits clear and our bodies warm. But we did not arrive. We were there with the music and we were not. We were moving. Maybe that is what is happening when you are making music or when you are listening to music, that you are neither there, where you are, nor there, where you are not.
A possibility.
