The Customer Service Rep will assist customers by placing orders, providing accurate product info, and addressing questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner. This position deals with customers and must always represent the company and our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity. Reps must possess strong communication skills both written and oral. Clear enunciation is very important. In addition, this position requires light outbound calling, data entry and administrative duties such as faxing, filing, and compiling research. Responsibilities:

Answer in-bound customer calls & operate within
defined ACD/Productivity guidelines while maintaining a high degree of
quality
Respond to email inquiries within 48 hour response
threshold
Use correct procedures to process orders, assist with
returns, service orders, or otherwise address customer service needs
Utilize suggestive sales techniques to meet established
targets
Provide exceptional customer service
Adhere to work schedule with regard to start and stop
times,
meals, and rest breaks, understanding that customer interaction may
necessitate some deviation from the schedule
Utilize the phone and computer systems with accuracy and
efficiency
Provide accurate info regarding our products, customer
orders, and company service guidelines
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with all
customers, co-workers, and vendors
Assist with additional department tasks/projects as
assigned

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time
Clear, intelligible communication
Ability to operate a computer and phone system
Proficient keyboarding skills
Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years background in customer service or
related field
Internet Savvy (researching skills a must)
Familiarity with computer applications, internet,
domain names, and email applications
Data Entry (competing online forms with attention to
detail)
