We are a program created to encourage children with spinal cord injuries. With our program volunteers are paired up with children who are suffering from a spinal cord injury. The volunteers send positive weekly cards, letters and small gifts to their young buddy.Children with these injuries have to adapt to so much change. Often they go back to school or back to their daily lives and they get treated differently because they get around a little different or have to do things differently. Kids are not always kind to other kids. This programs purpose is to give these children a little bit of encouragement, to take their minds off some of the negative things associated with their injuries.If you would like to volunteer to be a an angel to one of these children or know of a child that can benefit from this program please send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
