I am a lone charred drumette in search of other charred meats. I like both white and dark meat, if you know what I mean. I also don't discriminate against the meat substitutes such as tofu, tempeh and seitan. I might be a carcinogen and I might not. There are many conflicting reports concerning me. I like to think of myself as having a second chance at life since I am considered unedible. Currently, I am in a nice labeled ziploc bag resting comfortably in a freezer.
