About Me

FRENCH TOAST'S BIO: I play music, I sing too and have some occasional french toast. I play acoustic and electric guitar. I've written some songs, haven't sold any albums yet. I enjoy performing live, the recording aspect isn't that fun, and I don't have time to put much into it. I also have played piano for about 23 years, that's a lot of fun every once in awhile. Basically, music has been my foundation and source of inspiration. Me and maple syrup go way back about 17 years, but our friendship feels like it's been around since the dawn of french toast smothered in maple syrup, and that's a long, long time I tell ya!MAPLE SYRUP'S BIO: I play the guitar and really don't know what the Hell I'm doing. I played classic guitar for two years and forgot everything I learned. So, I'm the "true" talent in this band. I love to sing and, most likely, suck balls. Again, I am the "talent". Influences: Our influences are our myspace friends!FRENCH TOAST'S INFLUENCES: I really like good rock like Metallica, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Sevendust, Chevelle, Alice in Chains, some Godsmack, Korn, and a bunch of older stuff, but only when playing guitar. I've played my Zeppelin CDs too much, same with AC/DC, Megadeth, Def Leppard, Journey, Black Crowes, Collective Soul, Green Day etc.MAPLE SYRUP'S INFLUENCES: Anything from As I Lay Dying and Killswitch Engage to The Cure and The Smiths...Busta Rhymes, too! My favorites are Alice in Chains and Stone Temple Pilots. ...long live Grunge! NO COUNTRY!
