SonicRecycler3 - think: reduce, reuse, recycle!

About Me

SonicRecycler3
A night of re-invented sounds...2007 edition!
A unique evening of provocative, entertaining and experimental music, presented by Sprawl, Brentford Recycling Action Group and Watermans. SonicRecycler3, the third in an annual series, is an event showcasing the many different strands of modern experimental music, all of which are based on the idea of recycling - the sampling of found sounds, electronic music, or acoustic song themes. It aims to highlight the issues of recycling by involving London-based as well as internationally known artists and Brentford-based recycling group BRAG. There will be performers, DJ's, films, stalls and presentations. Each artist has been commissioned to perform or present work, on the theme of 'Recycling', and interprete that theme in any way they choose. They can recycle their own music in some way, creating something new from something older, or interprete traditional music themes in their unique own style.
A packed evening of radical sounds in a lovely riverside venue.
