ARTIST TESTIMONIALS:
"Different Fur has excellent facilities and a fine staff and we had a very productive session, recording eight tracks for iTunes to use exclusively. We'll be working with house engineer Patrick to get final mixes in the coming week or so and we're optimistic about the end results. In celebration, we got drunk at an Irish bar around the corner"
-The Blakes
"Different Fur really caters to the musician. They've put a lot of thought into the gear they have and the atmosphere of the place. We found it very easy to feel inspired there, and highly recommend it as a studio for settling in comfortably for longer projects. We'll definitely be back! We worked with a dreamboat named Patrick Brown; very knowledgable, professional, quick and good. He's functioning at a really high level, where if you're heading in there without a producer you're going to want to hire him to produce and engineer your session. He's going to make it better."
- CHOW NASTY
"We were superstoked with our experience at Different
Fur. Our drums never sounded so good, and with the big
screen and lounge area upstairs, hanging out between
recording was almost as fun as playing. Definitely a
killer time. Thanks Duane!" - LOQUAT
"Different Fur is the perfect studio for those savvy enough to know that despite the advances in DIY recording, there's a big difference in sound between tracking in a great room vs. your bedroom. The history of Different Fur and the artists that have recorded there were enough to pique my interest, and the professional, accommodating staff were icing on the cake. I'm proud of the drums and strings that we recorded at DF, and I'd record there again in a heartbeat." -Erik Fong, SERENITY NOW!
"Our Engineer/Producer Duane Ramos is a genious!"
- ABSINTHE BOY
"Different Fur's live room was killer! Duane our engineer was great, he made us feel right at home and had us set up and ready to go amazingly fast. It was a great place to record, I would recommend it to anybody!" -Tim Howell, RE:IGNITION
