About Me

After I finished my schooling I was lucky enough to be offered a job in Italy, and I have made Europe my home ever since- first in Rome, and now outside of Paris, near Fontainebleau. I enjoy exploring cultures and I have traveled extensively in France and Italy, as well as in Spain, England, Germany, Austria, and Greece. My bouts of travel are balanced by periods of living quietly at my home in the suburbs, where I occupy my time by puttering in my garden, pursuing my (strictly amateur) painting, playing the harpsichord, and fine-tuning my French, German, and Italian language skills. I guess I could be called a dilettante.
