About Me

wildly inconsistent (it was Balzac who said "there is no absolute virtue. All things are dependent on circumstances." Smart man.)....and more david bowie records than you can shake a stick at.....

"Jack Donnaghie....you are the best. You know what? I'm gonna make you a mixtape. You like Phil Collins?"
"I've got two ears and a heart, don't I?"

Michael: What is the most inspiring thing I’ve ever said to you?
Dwight: “Don’t be an idiot,” changed my life. Whenever I’m about to do something, I think, “Would an idiot do that?” and if they would, I do not do that thing.

I think I have a propensity for quoting other people because they seem to consistently have more worthwhile things to say than I do.....however, if you want to add my blog widget so that you never miss a witty (ish) thing I say, scroll down to the bottom of the page and add it there....

My Interests

MUSIC. soccer. showjumping. drinking sangria. travelling anywhere. edgy movies. the exhilaration of a great time with friends. dancing to new order's bizarre love triangle. whiskey manhattans and blamelessness. earnestness. people who actually care about things periodically. reading books and stuff.

Hugo Weaving, for being the Elf-King AND Mr. Smith? Or, ideally, the bastard child of Leonard Cohen, Pierre Trudeau, Jack Bauer, Del Piero and Isabella Rosellini.
