Yuko Yamamura

Jazz and Classical French horn player, composer, arranger.She graduated from Osaka College of Music Japan in 1995. There, she studied Classical music with Hiroko Fushimi and Shigekazu Ikeda, Jazz and improvisation with Hiroshi Munekiyo, and arranging for wind ensembles with Toru Takahashi. Since 2001, she has been a music instructor at the YAMAHA School for Wind Orchestra in Japan. Her jazz quintet has performed at Kobe and Osaka in Japan, and recorded at the XEBEC music production studios.Now, she was graduate a Professional Music major at Berklee College of Music. She has studies Jazz improvisation with Tiger Okoshi, Christine Fawson , and Jeff Galindo. Also she have worked with John Clark, Dave Douglas, Schott Collery, Tiger Okoshi, Jerry Granelli, Giorgio Magnanensi, Ab Baars, Michael Moore, Wolter Wierbos. She continues to perform various styles around Boston, NY area and Japan.
