I've always thought that Mr. Rodgers was a potential stalker. You can see it in his eyes.
I'd like to meet:
Fellow artists, galleries, bookstores, publishers, cartoonists & people of common likes. There is no 'sport-friending' here. If I did that my friend count would be twice the size it is now. Know that this isn't some popularity play with me. Networking folks are mixed in with people I genuinely know or want to get to know. I screen all friend requests.NOT THAT ANYONE PAYS ATTENTION TO THIS: I have no time to check out groups anymore. I friend back NO FICTIONAL CHARACTERS, corporations, films, webcam girls, and or BOOKS/COMICS/WEBCOMICS. Whoever thought 'friending' a book or film was a good idea should be shot. I'll check them out but that's it.I've switched the friends list to random. A couple people got weird about the 'Top Friend' thing so I changed it. Pfft. It's myspace, c'mon.*Any spammy comments will get deleted. I don't post art or any promotional banners up on folks comments unless requested to. No offense.
Music:
I signed up with last.fm. List updates, I guess.
My friends joke, if it's a band you've never heard of Tom's generally into it. My general opinion is you have access to a world of music on the internet. There's no excuse (save a slow connection) that 'Oh, there's nothing but crap top 40 on the radio'. Explore a little. Site's like last.fm would be a start.
