I grew up on a farm in Iowa then moved on out to California in 1864. Worked as a stagecoach driver for a while, and buffalo hunter, served as deputy marshal in Wichita and Dodge City, Kansas. That's where I got my reputation as a lawman and gambler.
Out in Tombstone, Arizona I acquired the Oriental where I met my third wife, Josie. Got into a little gun fight with the Clanton gang at the OK Corral, where we killed three. My brothers and I, as well as Doc Holliday survived.
From there I moved back out West, gambled and invested heavily in real estate and saloons. Now I'm working mines in the Mojave and summer in Los Angeles.
