Hibernian FC, association football in general, curry (KPM is king), Guinness, abandoned underground stations, crocodiles, snakes, giraffes, monkeys and meercats, herbal remedies, 'fiendishly hard' pop quizzes with good prizes, big cuddles, greasy spoon cafeterias, quality comedy shows, Trivial Pursuit, Eighties chart hits, the Scottish Highlands, New York City, tea glorious tea (every kind except for Lapsang Souchong, which is disgusting, as is coffee).

Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Sopranos, Match Of The Day, The Simpsons, The Day Today, Brass Eye, Spaced, Jam, I'm Alan Partridge, Peep Show, The League Of Gentlemen, The Office, South Park, Family Guy, Monthy Python's Flying Circus, Fawlty Towers, The Prisoner, Ripping Yarns. I like television comedy, if done well. I'm not going to stay home for 'My Family', for example.
Rock biographies/books (of which 'Revolution In The Head' by Ian McDonald is probably my favourite) and books about modern history mainly - I just read one about Richard Nixon called 'The Arrogance Of Power' which was astonishing. It actually scared me a bit. I am trying to get through 'The Global History Of Football' but it's MASSIVE and I always feel like a total geek when I've read a bit.As for fiction - 'Perfume', 'To Kill A Mockingbird' and 'A Confederacy Of Dunces' are all proper amazing.
The Hibs teams of 18.03.07 and 27.10.91, Tony Soprano (yes I LOVE vicious fat, ugly murdering misogynist thugs as a rule), Brian Wilson, Lester Bangs, Larry David, Suzie Greene, Homer Simpson, Kevin Shields, Peter Cook, Lenny Bruce, Groundskeeper Willie, Chris Morris, Stewie Griffin, Bill Hicks, Bill Drummond, Franck Sauzee, Brian Clough, Tony Benn,...various family members
