About Me

I want to get my songs out to the public. I want stay-at-home parents (who stayed at home 40% or more of the marriage) to be protected against paying child support to someone who better their career during the marriage.Stop Legalized Deadbeat Parents Legalized deadbeat parents are the ones that are the main bread winner during the marriage, and for some ungodly reason the judge, attorneys, law gaurdain allow mis-printed information about the stay-at-home parent's income on the judges' final decision. Therefore making the Deadbeat Parent do not pay child support according to the state laws. When you bring it to the attention of you attorney, the attorney will lie to you and tell you, "it do not make a difference because you are paying from a lower amount" even though you did not work (during the marriage) and they base it upon an amount you made before you were married, and they do not considered that it was a part-time job.They print the deadbeat parent's income as yours and they put in the amount of the deadbeat parent's income of a job he recently took paying less money than what the deadbeat parent made during the marriage.So when you go back and back to court to try and stop this injustice all the other judges and your attorneys do nothing because they think you are capable of making more income if you chose. Then it dawn on you years later after wasting so much money going back and forth to court; that it' s the income on the judges' final decision that keep you from getting justice.Child support should be taken out of the court hands and placed in the Child Support agencies so this kind of manipulation will cease to exist. Child Support agencies will therefore look at the incomes/tax returns of both of the parties and make the right decision of whom pays child support.Something needs to be done to protect our children.Vote for me today and everyday.http://sundaybestcasting.com/people/Optimistic
