Used to write comedy many years ago - managed to even get some sketches on Hale and Pace (who?)... had started writing as wanted to be an 'actore' and needed an equity card but no jobs so wanted to create my own work... never got the equity card. Had babies instead.

Meditation, by Kamalashila, Wild Mind by Bodhipaksa, But Little Dust by Padmasuri, currently reading "The Yearling" by Marjory Kinnan Rawlings - now a 'classic' that kids in the US are made to read for High School English and get tested on. What an excellent way to put folks off a good read - make them do it for English!
