Let us introduce ourselves - We are TRiP-TRONiC - promoters of live electronica nights in Manchester / a forthcoming label / & all round lovers of great electronic music!The initial idea behind TRiP-TRONiC was to provide a platform for live electronic musicians to come forward and perform along side like minded / similar acts.Due to the fact that there was a lack of nights in Manchester with a focus on electronic bands / artists, we felt we had to do something about this - Therefore TRiP-TRONiC was born.When we’re choosing bands to play forcoming events, we ask ourselves a few questions:firstly are they a electronica based act/band/artist?
if not solely, do they have a hint of electronica in their music?
alternatively, are they just a great band? (that we feel would sit well alongside other electronic acts)
We are by no means biast towards some of the great Indie/rock bands that frequenty appear on the music scene in and around Manchester (we are infact good frends with a lot of them), so not all TRiP-TRONiC events are completely / strictly electronca themed, although we feel our main aim is to consentrate our efforts on the growing trend in live electronic music.Note to bands: drop us an message or email
