MAPS FESTIVAL 2009
Manchester's Northern Quarter is one of the most unique districts of Manchester city centre and following a hugely successful inaugural event in 2008 which attracted over 6,000 visitors to the city centre, MAPS Festival in 2009 will put the spotlight on the creative artists both here in Manchester and across the UK.
So we're back...

With an array of brilliant musical, artistic, performance and street artists, and activities and events for just about everyone, we'll be taking over the creative centre of Manchester City for the May Day weekend...

• RADIO REPUBLIC- for MAPS Festival radio ALL weekend!!
• BAND ON THE WALL- who we're doing an amazing schools project with...
• MANCHESTER CRAFT & DESIGN CENTRE- where you can find some great local crafts...
But most importantly to us, is the backing of:
• THE MUSICIAN’S UNION
- So EVERYONE involved will be well looked after, and our programming and profit plan follows a strict code of conduct... NO pay to play, NO minimum ticket sales...
