Please consider contributing to Brett's defense fund, even if it is only a dollar or two. Every little
bit will help towards the estimate we received from investigator, Paul Ciolino.
Please note; Inmates are not allowed to have bank accounts. They are allowed to have defense funds set up in their name, which are then closely monitored.

Many people are under the impression that the state pays for investigating. This is only true if and when Brett is
granted a new trial. What is allotted to the defense is not comparable to what is available to the prosecution.
Until then, the cost of investigating and copying court records, which is greatly needed, falls on the family.
Brett's case has never been investigated from a defense point.
