Lyric’lee Biography:Lyric'lee, an up and coming Singer/Songwriter/Instrumentalist, was raised in on the Southside on Chicago. Realizing her talent for music at a young age, she took to many different styles, both in singing and instrumentally. With a deep love for Jazz, Hip-Hip and Soul, Lyric'lee's music combines the best of all worlds. Swinging chord progressions with a mellow style over Hip-Hop beats that bang in the car. With the music industry focusing on degrading women, getting money, and false claims of crime, Lyric'lee brings a fresh new perspective to life and socially related topic with the goal of empowerment and knowledge. With live instruments and a soulful sound, Lyric’lee draws the listeners into each and every performance regardless of the size or location delivering an exciting and gratifying show! Lyric'lee plays Flute, Saxophone, Guitar, Piano, and various percussion instruments and can currently be seen performing around Mid-Michigan and the Detroit area.
