A little about me.

Man are you guys into Q and A's with me this week. So, I'll fill you in and be succinct. I'm desperately Seeking the Owner of My Rib, but when you're 48 yrs old, overweight, wear granny panties, can't support yourself, so needy when it comes to men and one look you're thinking marriage, then to top it off you just don't know how to be sexy at all, it's so hard to get a date! What's a girl to do?? heehee. Had to get that out like a hick up. Seriously, you "Bad Boy's" or one's striving to be one, shew shew shew...stay away! I've sworn off!! I've got a new gorgeous adorable little boy Puppy and he's my trustworthy little Man :) He doesn't take up too much space in bed, cuddles up to me every night, kisses me awake every morning..... Now, if there were just a guy with the cool furry hair, sweet kisses that gets all excited and jumps in your arms when they see you that would be the perfect guy! Ha!

Personally, this is a networking thing and for me just a friend thing, so I'm not into the whole share your entire life on Myspace thing. This will suffice as the reader's digest version. I do alot. I'm proud to carry on my Mother's legacy of songwriting. She was songwriter of the year, had me very late in life and so I lost her early. I write under different names for different types of genres and including my own music for myself. I'm involved in TV which seems to be coming into my life more and more as of late. I'm a Model and have been my entire life with many credits to my name in all of the above. I have no desire to list them. People who know me, know. I ended up here cause Buddy told me to stay on Myspace and I always followed his advice. Mostly, for some reason my close friends email me here...not sure why.oh well. Recently, I've found it a little odd and I do try to read all my mail personally and each friend request. That is why when my first profile of 12,000 hits in one month crashed with thousands of "friends" I didn't know, I decided to really take time to read who I post. Just selective and not into crazy stuff up on my profile page.

I Do have to say I'm extremely flattered to find out that apparently there is some room for the troops where you guys have a very large poster of me which was requested by your Superior..I get all the titles confused. I had no idea the lengths you guys have to go to to write me and I'm flattered that you desire to take the time to do so. I will keep sending the pictures and do my best to always keep in touch. Thank you for making it easier for us to live and sleep in peace here at home. May you all return safely and remain in the prayers of so many including me.

UPDATE : I will now split time in LA ( and u thought it would never happen!) SO,ANYONE I FORGOT HERE HIT ME BACK AND I HOPE TO SEE YOU AROUND WHILE I'M HERE SOON.
BUDDY KILLEN, my mentor and only father figure, I miss you so much. Thank you for giving me my break and believing in me. You're always in my heart, much love. Mama, Heaven truly has an angel. Writing heals, songs tell our stories and releasing them helps us release ourselves to the better self we were and get back to who we are through the journey that created the song. Thanks for telling my story J LO in Espanol. BTW, Tu esposa es muy guapo ha!. but you know that. I love the song and can't wait for it to cross over. Everyone said I should write a book, I'll just think of QUE HICISTE as my reader's digest version.

Can't believe it got cut so I couldn't wait to post it. Paitence is not my virture. Ha!

How Did I forget Bobby Jones Gospel. Talk about being baptised in the fire! I remeber my audition ...you tricked me and I sang in your car. It was an honor to 3 of the chosen for your group renew and I promise I'll come back someday. Talk about a comin' to Jesus in both those little Churches in the boonies and those live TV shows. No one's heard that "me" here yet, but soon :)..I remember you saying Ah see girl I knew you could blow it out ..now sang!! ha! miss ya and Robyn much.

Lisa Carver, Your compliment of my writing making you love writing again after 15 years and handing down to me the name Little Indian to you Big Indian is a sincere honor! I consdier you in the category of my Mother's writing. Awesome woman and writer. Liz Sharpe, we write hits! :) you know it girl! Good Luck with Michael Bolton friend. Holly Hefner Nance, you have been my Sis since our first cult film we starred in together with Sting. Ha! We made history. You are a precious person, friend, beautiful girl and heart. One fierce song plugger too..:) I've always got your back, but I"m still gonna ring your neck for that Keith Urban incident at Blue Bar. heehee! To my producer from Dark Child's camp, I still admire your gift and you deserve to go far, banging heads aside. Jamie Kyle, I do thank you for your head strong belief in me, work and time. David Preston, compliments like yours really are appreciated and taken to heart and made me love and feel at home at BMI just as Mom did. I don't think you guys get deserved thanks enough.

I apprecaite my many influences. Mostly guys, Michael McDonald bro :). Love Jonny Lang, but boy would you get those long locks back. Belated thanks to Rual and S.O.S for my first record deal with RCA as a pup. You proved what I could do and I haven't had a medium to thank you til now. Miss you where ever you are. Oh and Michael Baker, if you read this, know I'll always love you precious. You were my protector in MN, friend for life and both too stupid to know we were kids crazy about each other ya ditz!

MY STORY : ON MY TARAMASERATI PAGE I PUT UP ARTISTS/WRITERS I'VE WORKED WITH TO SHOWCASE THEM OCCASIONALLY. CHECK THEM OUT. THEY ARE ALL GREAT AND I WANT THE MYSPACE WORLD TO KNOW THEM TOO. I'VE BEEN IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS WORKING HARD THE PAST FEW YEARS. AS OF RECENTLY MY DREAMS HAVE COME TO FRUITION. I HAVE A NUMBER 1 AND NUMBER 5 ON THE CHARTS FOR THIS YEAR.. I .WRITE UNDER DIFFERNT NAMES FOR DIFFERNT GENRES. I WAS A MENTOR IN THE PRINCE CAMP AND FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE HAD THAT EXPERIENCE. I LOVE TO SING R&B, I ALSO WRITE WITH MANY. I SPLIT TIME BETWEEN LA AND NASHVILLE. I'VE BEEN IN MUSIC VIDEOS, MOVIES, AN NFL CHEERLEADER, SWIMSUIT AND FITNESS MODEL ETC.. I'VE WRITTEN FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS IN BOTH THE R&B, POP AND COUNTRY GENRES. MY MOM WAS SONGWRITER OF THE YEAR SO I GUESS IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY. I LOVE FITNESS AND WORK OUT 5 TIMES PER WEEK WEIGHT TRAINING. I LOVE TO PEOPLE WATCH, AND SPEND RAINY SUNDAYS IN BED PREFERABLY WITH THE MAN OF MY DREAMS. I LOVE YOU BAD BOYS, YOU INFLUENCE MY WRITING AND MY DANCING. YOU AIN'T SEEN NO ONE DANCE TILL YOU'VE SEEN ME MOVE! :) I'M INFLUENCED BY MANY ARTISTS MOSTLY MALES FOR SOME REASON. A LITTLE ABOUT ME: i wanted to tell you guys a little about myself before those guys doing my new wesite and this one get hold of it. Some may not know. I grew up with music before I could walk. I would dance in my crib to music in the restaurants my Mom owned. I began singing in the car with her at age 3. Her father had been a famous opera singer. Mom sang jazz, her sister sang opera. However, When she came to Nashville from California she began writing and wrote with Hank Williams Sr., Buddy Killen who gave her the start she needed and many legend. Those were two of her dear closest friends as well. She became songwriter of the year in country music and would tell them, now you twang it up, I don't do twang. She passed the love of singing and writing on to me. However, when writing it's a necessity to change your voice for the song you are asked to write for the artisit. So, the voice you hear here may not be the voice you here when we have my new personal official site up. I do love to write country music because I can pour my heart and soul into meanigful strong lyrics about life, living, love, grief and the strength to get through. That's our secret. I love dance , R&B because I love to dance. Freestyle, Hip-Hop, ok ok, yes I can do those stripper moves , it comes naturally shhhh:) I just can't sit still when I hear music. So, I think you'll be surprised at what my project is like when we are finished. More good news for you guys shortly! I really appreciate the company I signed with that's been good for my ego, signing me and telling me they didn't even have to hear my music after they got a call from one of the Pop aritist I've written for and the long list of incredible gifted writers I've been blessed to have written with. My mentor will always be my Mom in so many ways. There is no woman on this earth like her. She was Baptist converted to Catholic. She had faith to move moutnains even through cancer. Heaven truly has an angel. My angel and My heart. Buddy KIllen, to this day I cannot seem to meet any man who compares to you, especially in the music biz. You are my mentor, the most honorable man I've ever known, My father figure and were the most hip guy I've ever hung out with not ever showing your age! how'd you do that ? I love you so much and I think of you every day. Watch over me and keep guiding me just you did while you were here.I have been blessed with a great incredible life and I've known the bottom of hard times. From that I feel I am a person that truly knows others and feels a sense of what their life may be like. I decided after opening Elite Tan that I was given a venue through artist, writers, the community to give back to those what I could. I met and now have a dear cherished friend Charles Davis who played for the Chicago Bulls and San Antonio Spurs. His wife Toni is a great friend and nut!! They spend all year with different benefits to raise money for inner city youth. Charles had a very poor rough childhood and gives back continuously. I help in many ways, funds, donations, time, sitting on the board etc. There are benefits for golf tournaments, the Titans 3 night dinner and one fun event is Halocasino with costumes, gambling tables from Tunica (and people act like it's real money! tpp funny!), a great band, open bar for those who need liquid courage to hit the dance floor in moderation. If any of his benefits interest you please contact me or his foundation and ask for his assistant. Anything is greatly appreciated for these children. Some have foster homes, some have barely anything. This provides a safe place for them to experience being a child. My adopted Uncle John McClain who has written for the Houston Chronicle 20 years and is the investigative reporter, I call the "Godfather", of the NFL always takes time out to particitpate every year at a dinner held 3 nights with diffferent Titans players, coaches, owners etc. which also raises a great amount for the foundation. I got invovolved after losing all my family and even those I felt were friends when times were hard. If anyone has a loss and needs to talk or seek advice, drop me a not and I promise I will get back to you in time and if I cannot help quickly I will send you info about the resources I know of that can. We are all here for some reason. Not quite sure exactly what my purpose is though I'm getting an idea, but helping one another is a start.To young models who write me on my other page. If you have questions please ask. I have worked all over since I was 8yrs old. I've done print, love and am awesome at runway believe it or not! ha!, magazines, Maxim, Miss.TN, TV, TV shows, commercials, NFL Cheerleader, Pagents, finding a niche in swimsuit and fitness modeling, you name it. There are many guys on here who are not legitimate and some who are. BE CAREFUL. Investigate. If you WTP, be cautious, meaning will trade for pics, usually saying if you take your clothes off. As an adult if that is your choice fine. As a child , take time to be a child and learn the business. After the past year of my life my motto has become TRUST, BUT VERIFY- man does that apply to your love life too. There are many guys on here pretending to be so much that they have never been and still are not , even with female managers backing them up by putting up pages of half truths. The world here is great for networking and close friends you know. If you go by face value you could get hurt badly. This allows people to pretend to be someone they are not. You can be anything you want to here and that is part of the allure for predators of that sort. Believe me I know !!!! just ask! You ask what I do- I decorate, Interior design as a hobby, own business, karate, rockclimb, figure skater( competed for years), Dance, Makeup-artist and stylist, Yes, I race cars with friends for fun...safely, grew up as a tomboy at heart, just clean up well! Model , songwriter, sing, found out I kick but catching fish recently..weird,Not high maintenance as many seem to think, just expect courtesy. Pet peave, not calling when you say you will. If I say I will I will, If I can't I won't. If I can try, I'll try. Simple. I don't "do " lunch. In fact I don't think I've ever done lunch in my life, I EatS! hehe. Atkins of course with a splurge. I work out 5 times a week, love to stay in shape. Love and admire seeing someone who stays in shape as well. I go out, I stay in and my favorite place is my balcony overlooking the hills. I find my sanity there. I've endured alot. I won't get into the speciifics, but just keep praying, asking believing and you shall recieve, giving thanks. All things come to those who wait and anything having is worth waiting for. First hand learner in that as well.I love you guys for your support , the many kind emails, the DJ's who have been great to me coast to coast and my true friends I keep in touch with here. May you all find what you seek, be it here or where ever. May all your dreams come true and may you one day know you have been truly loved , which is the most important accomplishment of all.
