The Get Rich Talent Search (the "Search") is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age, with no current recording contract, except employees and relatives of John Rich (the "Sponsor"), and each of their present and future affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. Valid identification required for all entrants. The Search is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Entries must be received as follows for each of the following show dates: Prizes (30): Thirty (30) winners will be chosen as follows: one (1) first-place winner, one (1) second-place winner, and one (1) third-place winner will be chosen at each of the ten show dates listed above. Each first-place winner will receive $300. Each second-place winner will receive $200. Each third-place winner will receive $100. Winner will be responsible for all expenses not specifically included herein, and all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value. Guest judges consisting of music experts will choose the first-place, second-place and third-place winners at each live show based on the following criteria: (i) vocal (25%), (ii) originality (25%), (iii) stage presence (25%), and (iv) musicianship (25%). In the event of a tie, artists will be re-judged based on: (i) professionalism (50%), and (ii) song choice (50%).
