Freddie White aka Sirlogic aka The Fonk Master- born and raised in Oakland, CA. Influenced by some of the greatest players, Bootsy Collins, Louis Johnson, Larry Grahm, Aaron Mills from Cameo, Marcus Miller, and of course Stanley Clarke. He would spend hours practicing everyday, teaching his self to play the bass guitar. What ever record he could find with a funky bass line, he would learn it. He considers himself to be a show bassist which has lead him to perform in local Bay Area funk groups. Freddie has also been Blessed in recent years to have played with Con Funk Shun Howard Hewett and Club Nouveau. Outside of listening to some of the greatest bass players, he also enjoyed watching them. Aaron Mills of Cameo because he was able work the stage while singing, and doing a dance routine with out missing a note. The same thing with Verdine White of Earth Wind & Fire. Freddie has always admired and have been able to adapt some of the same coordinating skills these players had or have. When you listen to Freddie play, you may hear the essence of all these players through out. Along with playing, he is also a song writer and producer. Some of his most recent work can be heard on several different programs and commercials. Some are, MTV-Made, ABC-General Hospital, NBC/ABC-E.R., NBC-Access Hollywood, a FOX television show called Fame L.A., Columbia Pictures/Tri Star-As Good As It gets, the Color of Love(Jacies story), Marvin Gaye & Barry White commercial released in theUK.NO IT'S NOT ROGER
