Urgency of Life, love, the heat of the soul. Warm breath to keep the demons on their toes....~ Morch

About Me

I love the spring...have an art show up and it feels good...idea's for new paintings are coming so fast I can't figure out where to start...
Here is a video of Zach De la Rocha talking about the Zapatista movement...
why am I here? Mostly because of the music...you can't get access to new music like this anywhere else...I love it...Other than that, it's all about the White House and all the damage they are causing, and how it can be mended, (if possible). It's exciting to see the people coming forth that want to make a difference. I am trying to find out more about Barack Obama, he seems to be the one who really shines. And I like the idea of a woman as pres, Hillary might do a great job. Mike Gravel has caught my eye and made me laugh, and I want to know more. Of course I like Al Gore and his passion to save this world...it will be interesting to see how it unfolds...

My Interests

The world, politics...beauty in unexpected places....music, writing, photography, and painting...I love them equally...(but I'm a painter only....)

"There is no reason to accept the doctrines crafted to sustain power and privilege, or to believe that we are constrained by mysterious and unknown social laws. These are simply decisions made within institutions that are subject to human will and that must face the test of legitimacy. And if they do not meet the test, they can be replaced by other institutions that are more free and more just, as has happened often in the past." — Noam Chomsky

I read somewhere;
"The people shouldn't fear the Government, the Government should fear the people..."
