L. Chad “LS” Scott: Co-Owner of the fastest growing entertainment company, The Academy Artists, LLC, General Manager of Lehman College Radio, radio show host/producer, creator of the very popular New York’s Best Kept Secret concert series.
Chad Scott started radio, co-hosting and producing the Jazz show “Harlem Beat” on New York City’s WHCR 90.3 FM. While at WHCR 90.3 FM, Chad Scott met the C.E.O of Music Life and the #1 website of R&B, Singersroom.com, Jus Music.
Chad Scott then took his knowledge and experience to Lehman College Radio as a co-host and engineer of a variety of shows. While at Lehman College Radio, Chad Scott has held various positions: Program Director, Station Manager and now the General Manager.
With the help of Jus Music, Chad Scott started the New York’s Best Kept Secret concert series for upcoming artists. His work as a producer and host of the concert series is respected and has gained popularity among fans and artists alike. Chad Scott went on to work with various artists, managers and labels. The Best Kept Secret series had ignited a passion for managing artists. Chad Scott then later joined his business partner, Jamel Johnson for the creation and launching of The Academy Artists, LLC.
