This enabled him to not only receive credit in the R&B facet, but the classical world as well.
In 2005 Daniel Joshua relocated to New York City to further his musical aspirations in addition to pursuing his graduate degree at The Manhattan School of Music for Classical voice. In his first month in the “Big Appleâ€, he met Producer/songwriter Gary “Jus Music†Gentles, founder of Singersroom.com; creating a collaborative partnership that is very essential to his success. Since moving to the East coast, he has performed in such venues as BB Kings, Apollo Theater, The Canal Room, The Remote Lounge, Lehman College, Crash Mansion and Café Wha? He was also a finalist in the 2006 Amateur Night at the Apollo competition.
