Angelique "Anjolic Sky"

I am a solo artist who began singing at the age of six years old as a choir member who got a break to becoming a brilliant songstress. In the past, I have done numerous dances shows, fashion shows, weddings and etc. I am a college student studying biochemistry, and also I’m currently working with long time friend Kern Berd, of 2twisted project, the man is a genius. In addition, I also act, model and dance, but my passion is singing. I have a style that is nothing less than absolutely fabulous with a jazzy cadence and some of everything else. My desires is to make it in the music industry with songs that help people get in control, become independent and release the drama. I want to give music what it’s been missing which is simply me. To inspire, love and respect life cause it is what it is. I’m in an era where Black artists seems to own the music, so my goal is to become the baddest of the best in my own way. I love to work with others who share their love for one another and claimed their moment because that’s a true artist. I look for a good soul cause that’s important and a good heart. In this industry I rarely get to be around women or men who are as beautiful as others, but who are not full of themselves. I’m not talking about physical beauty. I’m talking about their hearts, their perseverance, their personalities, and their drive to be successful. I’m confident and humble, and that’s what keeps me working. I try to take life as it comes because it seems to me that I’m doing everything perfectly. I’m not ashamed to say “I’m proud of you” when one has accomplished future goals. I am a fan of all types of music I sit in front of the T.V and root for everyone. I am inspired by Rachel Ferrell, Minnie Riperton, The Clark Sisters and so many more. However, the ones who inspire me the most are God, my mom, and myself. In summery, I’m at the point in my life where everything is ahead of me and I can take any path. No matter how tough things get, I’ll stay grounded and keep my head leveled.. I’m not the type of individual who sticks to one thing I enjoy everything that comes my way and try to make it my own.
