PATH OF TERROR

Path Of Terror began like most bands, as an excuse to hang out and play music. In the late 90's, friends Chris Welch [drums], Joey Jaccarino [guitar] and Anthony Pimpinella [vocals] were hanging out one night, probably after sacrificing some virgin marijuana plants and burning the flesh of animals... when they all realized each had their own secret musical powers. Eventually they would end up sporadically jammin' out together, bustin' riffs and breakdowns, and before you know it a bona fide band is formed [with a spiffy name, too! note the hidden meaning, conspiracy theorists!!]. Things would go down at the infamous Fastlane Studios in Brooklyn, NY on a regular basis. It really started coming together though, when they eventually included their friends Kattan & Rayos. (Kattan doing vocals and Reverend Ray playing bass; Rayos would later go on to sing for Full Blown Chaos, and that's when ChuckChillang stepped right in.)
Since then P. O. T. has been having a great time being a part of some really violent and really fun shows. We've been lucky enough to have this go down at such venues as: Castle Heights r.i.p., Redzone, the Downtime, The Rockstar Bar, the Pyramid, Third Rail r.i.p., Crocodile Rock Cafe, Kenny's Castaways, the Courthouse, Issues, Club Rare, Wild Spirits r.i.p., The Hook, & Zone 13 along side a plethora of bands including, but not limited to: Full Blown Chaos, Swear To God, Redline, Inhuman, Through The Discipline, Severed, Everyone Suffers, 36 Deadly Fists, The Autumn Offering, Billy Club Sandwich, Irate, Tomorrow's Victim, Raza Odiada, SubZero, Dead Truth, Hate Eternal while afterwards devouring many delicious foods from assorted pizzerias, delis, diners, restaurants, fast food drive thru's, dunkin donuts, coffee shops, bodegas...
