GARLIC BREAD1 lb. loaf French bread1/4 c. butter1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese3 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powderSlice bread in half lengthwise. Set halves, cut side up on broiler pan. Combine butter, cheese and garlic. Spread mixture generously over each half of loaf. Set under broiler for about 5 minutes or until topping is hot and bubbly. Makes 8 servings
