ITA: Dopo essersi celato sotto vari pseudonimi ed aver partecipato a differenti progetti musicali, Giacomo Mottura comincia a firmare con il nome d’arte Jahka produzioni ricche di diversi stimoli artistici; spaziando nel campo dell’elettronica dal dub e il downtempo alla deep-house più minimalista, passando dall’approccio da colonna sonora ai ritmi del reggae e della black-music cibernetica: ciò che resta costante è la curiosità artistica e lo spirito eclettico delle produzioni. Oltre a essere musicista, dj e produttore Jahka, che propone un suono molto personale in grado di interpretare le numerose influenze che lo infondono, è principalmente compositore con un acceso impegno sociale, attento alle tematiche politiche proprie del mondo di oggi.

FRA: Après s’être caché sous plusieurs pseudonymes et avoir participé à différents projets musicaux, Giacomo Mottura commence à signer avec le nom d’artiste Jahka plusieurs productions riches de diverses impulsions artistiques. Touchant le monde de l’électronique, partant du dub et du downtempo pour arriver à la deep-house, plus minimaliste ; passant de l’ambiance musicale aux rythmes du reggae et de la black-musique cybernétique : ce qui reste constant est la curiosité de l’artiste et l’esprit éclectique de ses productions.
