I am the ex-major League baseball player who played for the Giants, Cardinals, Padres, Expos, Angels, Braves, A's, White Sox for a total of 12 major League seasons and 10 full years of playing service. I was the Rookie of the Year (TSN) and Rookie Pitcher of the Year in the National League. I had a decent career in baseball as a relief pitcher jack-of-all trades. Starter, reliever, Closer, Long and short, you name it I did it a real work horse. I had fun and do not regret any minute of my life and the outcomes it has handed to me. Life is great and Baseball has been very good to me. No pun intended. CAIOI also attended Rochville University and earned my degree in Exercise Physiology and science. It took me 12.5 years to do it. I never gave up and don't let age be a factor. Set your goals and proceed to the finish line.
