Long walks along the beach; especially in Keansburg NJ where body parts tossed into the drink in NY wash ashore. I like girly carnival chalk, practical jokes, burlesque, pinups, old dirty magazines, anything sleazy, seamy or seedy. Random acts of weirdness and oppression, marginal behaviour, car accidents, cameras, big old cars, real eccentrics, crime scenes, EC comics, most non-human animals and people who dress with a lot of style but actually have the personality, talent and accomplishments to substantiate it. Photographs, abandoned buildings and red. I like when women look like cartoons from men's magazines and when men look like used car salesmen, bowery bums, gangsters or fallen Hollywood idols. I like junk stores and my cat, thrift store art, old Mad magazine, NY history, old Times Square, Hollywood history, weird/old restaurants and bars, taxidermy, old medical items, fireworks, creepy masks, carnivals and boardwalks.
I'd like to meet people on the make, people on the lam, con-artists (no other artists please), freaks, obsessive collectors and visionaries, people that exist outside of a cultivated internet personality and people that not only have, but DO with what they have.
