About Me

Multi-instrumentalists joined harmonizing vocalists and debuted as Shelly Marie & Blue Country on July 28, 2006 at Lynchburg, Virginia's local venue, Spring House Dining & Reception. They played two hours of four sub-genres of Country music, including an original tune co-written by fellow band members Warren B. Page and Shelly Marie Dreher. There were approximately 60 in the crowd; new friendships were formed, and the band has continued to play the venue.As a "studio" demo of the band's original tune, "The Long White Line", along with a few other song samplings has recently been completed, Shelly Marie & Blue Country expects to play other local venues in short order and is certainly available to book dates at this time.Free MySpace Layouts
