The UK Erotic Awards is the Leydig Trust’s most prestigious fund-raising project run by a team of devoted volunteers with Dr Tuppy Owens at the helm. Now in our 14th year, we are still the only awards of our kind in the world and we are going from strength to strength. We aim to honour the talented, creative and decadently courageous people who are rarely recognised by the prudish mass media. To bring together people from all corners of the sex world so that they can get to know each other, inspire each other and work together.
The Erotic Awards also raise funds for Outsiders - a unique self-help group, now in its 29th year, for people isolated because of social or physical disability, where they can gain confidence and find partners. They run the Sexuality & Disability Helpline, the V-group for disabled for women with sexual problems, the Sex & Disability Alliance, and their website provides resources for people with physical, social and learning disabilities.
