I'm a stranger in a strange land, a fan of the weirder things in life, the macabre, the odd, and the wonderful. Daycare provider by day, Editor for Hacker's Source Gateway to Independent Horror by choice, I can be found scrounging around at thrift stores, yard sales, and clearance aisles of all area stores looking for old books, records (remember those, big black vinyl disks), movies, doo dads and thingamajigs, and in the AOL Horror Movies Chatroom. My other interests include Reuben Sandwiches, Arby's Subway, KFC, A and W, Quiznos, or anywhere that serves up a tasty lunch. I also enjoy munching spleens and skulls, long walks in the cemetary, and decaying on the beach.

Make a scrapbook - it's easy!

My Interests

Horror movies, movies, anime, cartoons, collecting action figures , old vinyl LPs, word games, pop culture, food, Matchbox and Hot Wheels type cars with monster/horror theme paintjobs, anything orange, shiny objects, the macabre

I'd like to meet:

a 90 year old billonaire with Alzheimer's, one foot in the grave, no heirs, and a penchant for middle aged, bitter, disillusioned women who love horror.

Music:

I collect children's LP vinyls. My favorite is a Mother Goose album with the nursery rhymes read by Boris Karloff and Celeste Holm. Until you have heard Karloff recite "There Was A Crooked Man", you do not know true childhood terror. I had this album when I was a child, of course it's long gone now, but I was able to recently pick it up on ebay for $3. Other albums include Sesame Street, The Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, Captain Kangaroo, Muppets, Muppet Babies, Peanuts, Just So Stories, and many, many Disneys. I also collect soundtracks of Broadway musicals, and anything Hawaiian. I like Bee Gees, Rhapsody, Blind Guardian, Alice Cooper, My Dying Bride, Marilyn Manson, Type O Negative, Green Jelly, old Misfits, and oldies. (What you call oldies, I danced to at my high school prom.)

Movies:

A Christmas Story, Young Frankenstein, Jaws, Cemetary Man, Dawn of the Dead, Ghost Story, Pulp Fiction, Resevoir Dogs, Ghost World, Kill Bill, Kill Bill 2, Mall Rats, Shaun of the Dead, Dog Soldiers, Bram Stoker's Dracula, The Bride of Frankenstein, Horror Express, The Fly, Stand By Me, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Napoleon Dynamite, The Year Without A Santa Claus, Dumbo, Beetlejuice, Legend, Labyrinth, Porky's, Star Gate, Terror Firmer, Scream (So sue me), Fargo, O Brother Where Art Thou, The Vampire Lovers, Living Dead Girl, Waxworks, Jurassic Park, Carrie, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Star Wars, Close Encounters of the Third King, The Goodbye Girl, The Mummy, The Uninvited, The Haunting, The Entity, Poltergeist, Hellraiser, Bride of Chucky, Willard, No Country for Old Men, Swiss Family Robinson, Goodbye Girl

Television:

CSI, CSI Miami, CSI New York, Forensic Files, Cold Case Files, I, Detective, Unwrapped, How Clean is Your House, Clean Sweep, Fairly Oddparents, Spongebob Squarepants, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Jimmy Neutron, Mummy Autopsy, Myth Busters, Medium, South Park, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, The Brak Show, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Recess, Family Guy, Futurama, The Simpsons, Inuyasha, Witch Hunter Robin, One Piece, Shaman King, Yuyu Hakasho, Mad TV, Petticoat Junction (so sue me, I like it)
