Cynicism is merely the romantic's condom

About Me

I'm a 30-something manchild looking for friends with similar interests. I get my kicks above the waistline, Sunshine. I'm a total visuals junkie. I love eyecandy of all kinds. So, if I've invited you to be my 'friend' and you're not gay, RELAX and don't get all twirked by the whole "gay" thing. It's only a small part of what makes me, well, me. Besides, it's all virtual, right? Right! Plus, I just have really great taste.
I don't have a very large circle of friends, and all the ones I do have don't live here, but in nearby cities, so meeting local people would be cool. I enjoy doing "boring" stuff like playing Boggle, or word games, watching movies or just hanging out at home, bookstores or just working on whatever "art" project I've come up with lately.I got my Myspace layout from pYzam .

My Interests

My online store: Seul Boy , my blog , skulking around used bookstores/flea markets/thrift stores, horror movies (Esp. 80's slashers), movies of the 40's, retro cartoons, pop culture, kitsch, graphic design/packaging, photography, making collages, Chinese food, bodybuilders, vintage magazines (40's-70's), my celebrity scrapbooks (80's: Duran Duran, Corey Hart. Current: Vince Vaughn, Johnny Knoxville, Justin Timberlake, Jude Law, etc.)

Collecting all types of books: Vintage cookbooks (the cheesy bad ones!), horror movie tie-in paperbacks, classic Hollywood movies/movie stars, clip art books, kitschy books, old anatomy books, pop culture books, etc.
Also collecting: DVDs and vintage records (Cha Cha, Lounge, Soundtracks, etc.)

I'd like to meet:

A musclebound bookworm with low standards. The 3 qualities of the perfect man: muscular, mute, orphan.

Or if that doesn't pan out, just some cool people with similar interests, who share my love of movies and whom possess a wicked sense of humor and an extensive knowledge of all aspects of pop culture. Oh yeah, and if you like Chinese food, that's a +
