About Me

I have a PhD in psychology, and I've used this for a good purpose so far: by writing horror tales, ho, ho. My first collection of short stories, THE IMPELLED AND OTHER HEAD TRIPS, was published recently by Crowswing Books, with an introduction by the legendary Ramsey Campbell and a sterling cover by the amazing artist Robert Sammelin. My second book will be out soon - it's a collection called WORLD WIDE WEB AND OTHER LOVECRAFTIAN UPGRADES, including one novella and six short stories all inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos. The introduction will be by Mark Morris, and it will be published by Humdrumming Books.I've also written two novels, currently seeking homes. I WITNESS is a crime tale, and GOD'S EYE VIEW a cosmic horror piece. More news on these, and my latest novel THE ASSIMILATORS (about a third of the way through it), when I have it.Finally, I run Gray Friar Press, and have published four books so far, including a massive horror antho which reads like a who's who of the modern field, particularly in the UK; also Hollywood screenwriter Stephen Volk's first collection of short fiction; more great stuff on its way. http://www.grayfriarpress.com
