cosy pubs with good wine, scary films under the blanket with popcorn and the lights off, painting (pictures not houses, unless it's a picture of a house.. but I don't think I'd ever paint that...), things that make me shiver and things that make me smile, reading AND FOOD!
Interesting, intelligent people that can make me laugh out loud when it feels like the world is collapsing on my head....
mood and memory dependent...anything that makes me dance, and all the old and new classics, The Doors, scissor sisters, Razorlight, The Feeling, Lynard Skynard, Frank Sinatra, Jack Johnson, Madge (I'll forgive her most things), Kanye West, The Stones, Prince, Wyclef, The White Stripes, The Kinks..Oh, and Girls Aloud! If it's got rhythm and doesn't make me want to slit my wrists in a black pit of despair, then I like it.
The Godfather Trilogy, The witches of Eastwick, All the Alien films, The Hill, Moulin Rouge, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original), Jaws, Blue Velvet, Apocalypse Now, Dr Strangelove, The Man who would be King, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Lost Boys, Ferris Bueller's day off Pan's Labyrinth
The Outer Limits, Dr Who, Kath and Kim, The Office, Poirot, Extras, Shameless, Twin Peaks, Columbo (rainy day tv), Family Guy
Stephen King, Clive Barker, James Herbert, Dean Koontz and pretty much anything horror/sci-fi/fantasy genre that's not too 'clogged up' All time faves... King and John Wyndham I'm sure there's more...
