Haley’s Cold Weather Chili Recipe:
2 lbs. Ground Round – Simmer in deep skillet
with 1 can of Beer and Cajun Seasonings.
In Large Pan Mix:
1- 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes (Low Sodium).
1- 15 ½ oz. Brooks Mild Chili Beans in Sauce.
1- 15 ½ oz. Brooks Hot Chili Beans in Sauce.
1- Packet McCormik Hot Chili Seasoning Mix.
1- Packet McCormik Mild Chili Seasoning Mix.
or Original.
Sugar – To Taste
Heat and Add the Drained Ground Round and Simmer.
Note:
This is very thick. For more liquid, I have added
A 10 oz. Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies or
A second can of Diced or whole Tomatoes.
