COFFEE GIRL EP out now to buy

About Me

WeirdGear are based in Essex and play music using only analogue synthesisers and drum machines. This is done completely live without the use of clever or complicated things like MIDI, sequencers, backing tracks or computers.

We are influenced by the eclectic things in life and all have extensive music collections which impact upon our quest to create new songs and to evolve old ones. We are also keenly impacted by our analogue weapons of choice, which adds a richness to our organic soundscapes. We also call upon each band members individuality to give WeirdGear its' character.
WeirdGear have played to many and varied audiences and thrive on being a live band experience. The equipment creates visual interest on stage and we always share our enjoyment and interact with audiences during shows.
We curate a night for interesting music called Working Classes with our good friends [ relation ] and Little Penguin.
We have had a number of superb photographers take images of our shows, please look through our pictures if you have the time.
