Apostle Richard H. Cross, Jr. Ph.D. is a fifth
generation preacher. He has been consecrated as a
Bishop and serves a the Vice-Bishop of National Affairs
within The Apostolic Faith Church Of God, Live On (Trinitarian organization). He has also be been affirmed as an apostle due to the ministry gifts that are in operation his ministry and calling upon his life. His wife, Prophetess Freda Y. Cross, who serves
along side him.
They both are the proud parents of three anointed sons, Richard, III (Tres'), Micah and Joshua. They are a integral part of the ministry.
Apostle has ministered and pastored internationally. He is the senior pastor of the Rose of Sharon Worship Center, Franklin Va. The Rose of Sharon is birth place of the Apostolic Holy Ghost movement in Virginia and surrounding states. The late Bishop William Seymore himself verified that God was doing the same on the east coast as He was doing with the Azusa Street Revival in California.
He is the senior pastor of El Bethel Worship Center, Suffolk Va, congregation was birthed from the ground in the year 2003. In 2006, the Lord lead him to establish an outreach ministry in South Hill, VA.
Most of all, Apostle and Prophetess Cross are saved, set a
part from a life of sin and condemnation, and are filled with the Holy Spirit. They operate in a powerful healing and deliverance ministry with signs and wonders in operation. They love people and are dedicated to their family and to the church of God, being certain to carry out the will of the Father in the earth. One of Apostle's personal conviction is to mentor other generals (those called to operate in the 5-fold ministry)in Body of Christ. Also to establish a international network of apostles, bishops, prophets, etc. that will come against the principalities of this world, against satanic powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. This network will do battle in area where there has been strong satanic attacks across the world.
